A BILL making a supplementary appropriation from the balance of moneys remaining unappropriated for the fiscal year ending the thirtieth day of June, two thousand two, to the bureau of environment - division of environmental protection - special reclamation fund, fund 3321, fiscal year 2002, organization 0313, all supplementing and amending the appropriation for the fiscal year ending the thirtieth day of June, two thousand two.

WHEREAS, The governor has established that there now remains an unappropriated balance in the bureau of environment - division of environmental protection - special reclamation fund, fund 3321, fiscal year 2002, organization 0313, available for expenditure during the fiscal year ending the thirtieth day of June, two thousand two; therefore
Be it enacted by the Legislature of West Virginia:
That the total appropriation for the fiscal year ending the thirtieth day of June, two thousand two, to fund 3321, fiscal year 2002, organization 0313, be supplemented and amended by increasing the total appropriation by nine million five hundred ninety-six thousand seven hundred nine dollars in the line items as follows:

The purpose of this supplementary appropriation bill is to supplement this fund in the budget act for the fiscal year ending the thirtieth day of June, two thousand two, by increasing the existing appropriation for personal services by five hundred twenty-five thousand six hundred twelve dollars, employee benefits by one hundred sixty-two thousand nine hundred thirty-nine dollars, and unclassified by eight million nine hundred eight thousand one hundred fifty-eight dollars for expenditure during fiscal year two thousand two for the reclamation of bond forfeited permits and water treatment costs.
